Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the current browser version of Odisea Azul, operated by Baruch CR LLC, Florida, United States. Please read them before playing.
1. Using the game
Odisea Azul is a free space arcade game for entertainment. You must be at least 13 years old to use it. If you have not reached the age of legal adulthood where you live, use the game with a parent or guardian's permission. By using the game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.
2. Scores, progress and payments
The current browser version has no purchases, subscriptions, paid entries or advertising rewards. Points and in-game items have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash or prizes. Your best score is stored in your browser on your device. Clearing site data, changing browsers or losing access to your device may erase that record. There is no cloud backup of your score.
3. Fair use
You may play the game for personal entertainment and share links to it. Do not use it for unlawful activities, attempt to gain unauthorized access to its hosting services, introduce malicious code, disrupt other users or falsely claim an affiliation with Baruch CR LLC.
4. Game content
The game and its content are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. Ownership and licensing rights remain with their respective holders. These terms give you permission to access and play the game, but do not transfer ownership of its code, artwork or branding. Nothing here limits uses permitted by law.
5. Availability and changes
We may update, rebalance, maintain or discontinue the game. Continuous availability, compatibility with every device and preservation of local scores are not guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
6. Privacy and other platforms
Our Privacy Policy explains the current game's data practices. These terms do not replace the terms of a hosting service or platform you use to access the game. A TikTok edition is in development; any additional terms needed for its features will be provided before those features become available.
7. Updates and contact

Odisea Azul es un juego arcade espacial gratuito para entretenimiento. Debes tener al menos 13 años para utilizarlo. Si no has alcanzado la mayoría de edad donde vives, úsalo con el permiso de tu padre, madre o tutor. Al usarlo, aceptas estos términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, deja de utilizarlo.
2. Puntos, progreso y pagos
La versión actual para navegador no tiene compras, suscripciones, entradas de pago ni recompensas por anuncios. Los puntos y objetos del juego no tienen valor monetario y no se canjean por dinero ni premios. Tu récord se guarda en el navegador de tu dispositivo. Borrar los datos del sitio, cambiar de navegador o perder acceso al dispositivo puede eliminarlo. No existe una copia de tu puntuación en la nube.
3. Uso adecuado
Puedes jugar para tu entretenimiento personal y compartir enlaces al juego. No lo uses para actividades ilegales, acceder sin autorización a los servicios de alojamiento, introducir código malicioso, perjudicar a otros usuarios ni atribuirte una relación inexistente con Baruch CR LLC.
4. Contenido del juego
El juego y su contenido están protegidos en la medida prevista por la legislación aplicable. Los derechos de propiedad y licencia corresponden a sus respectivos titulares.
